Do you have overseas outlets?

Where are your products made?

Most of our product formulations take place right here in Singapore.

We're committed to sourcing the best ingredients and materials for our scents.

Are your products safe for pets?

Aromatherapy are generally safe for pets when used with caution. However, certain essential oils may
be harmful to animals, especially cats.

Avoid toxic oils such as tea tree, eucalyptus, and citrus oils. We recommend consulting your veterinarian before using any essential oils around your pets.

Are your products safe for pregnant women?

While our products are generally safe, we strongly advise keeping them out of reach of children and seeking professional medical advice before using any of them if you are pregnant or plan to use them around children.

SG LOCAL DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For local deliveries within Singapore, orders will be sent out within 1~3 working days. It should arrive within 5 working days.

Delay in delivery may occur during seasonal periods & public holidays. 

Do you provide free delivery?

1. FREE doorstep delivery for orders above $45 (excluding GST).

2. Flat fee of $3.80 for orders below $45 (excluding GST).

Do you deliver island-wide?

We deliver to all serviceable areas within Singapore. 

What if I am not at home during the delivery?

During the checkout process, please input delivery instructions in the “Order Notes”. (E.g. Place it at the shoe cabinet or outside the main gate)

Can I do self-collection?

Yes, self-collection is FREE. Once payment is received, your order will be ready for pick-up within 48 hours.

At the checkout page, please indicate your preferred pick-up date & timing in the “Order Note“.

Pick-up should be at least 1 working day after you have made payment. Below are details of our address and business hours.

Can I request a gift wrapping for gift orders?

Absolutely! At the point of checkout, simply indicate in 'Order Notes' that you want to gift wrap your items.

We’ll carefully wrap them with a ribbon, ensuring your gift is beautifully presented and free of any price tags or indications.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship overseas via express door-to-door delivery. International shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

What are shipping rates?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For international deliveries, an estimated delivery date will be provided for every order.

RETURNS & REFUND

Can I seek a refund for my order?

All items sold are non-refundable.

What if I received a damaged/ defective/ wrong item?

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we will replace it for you.

Please email us at admin@mscents.com within 7 days of your purchase or upon receiving your parcel.

Be sure to include the following details:

1. Order Number, along with your Name or Email Address used in the order.

2. Photos or videos of the defective/damaged/incorrect item.

*In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer and non-refundable. Alternatively, you may return the items directly to our office.
