If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will replace it for you.
Please email us at admin@mscents.com within 7 days of your purchase or upon receiving your parcel. Be sure to include the following details:
1. Order No. along with your Name or Email Address used in the order. 2. Photos or videos of defect/damaged/incorrect item.
*In some cases, we may ask you to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable. Alternatively, you may return the items directly to our office.
